Shandong Jingwei has 12 wire drawing machines and 6 stranding lines,all the electric controlequipment are from foreign electric control system,and owns international advanced whole sealingautomatic tunnel acid pickling production line.The tuned roller straight wire drawing machine isadopted,with the main characteristics that:forged steel material narrow silt type water cooling isadopted for winding drum,which increases the cooling effect of drawing of steel wire and improves thesteel wire speed.The direct water cooling method is adopted for the wortle,with preferable coolingeffect;the whole sealing protective system is adopted,to achieve preferable security.The lateral drifttuning roller drives the sensor speed adjustment system,with stable drawing effect,the AC variablefrequency control technology is adopted,to achieve screen display,with high automatic degree andconvenient operation,laying preferable foundation for production of high quality products.The annualcapacity of PC strand is about 200,000 MT,the annual capacity of PC wire is about 20,000 MT.
